I ordered by mistake, can I cancel my order?

If you let us know within 24 hours of your order we’ll get it cancelled and refunded for you. We’re always happy to help with ordering, so if you ever have any questions or you feel you’ve ordered incorrectly please contact us so that we can help resolve it for you.

I’ve ordered the wrong size, do I need to reorder? 

If your order arrives, and it doesn’t fit your window take a photo of the blind with a tape measure up against it and message us with that information. Currently we aim to get back to you within 24 hours (during weekday hours) as quickly as possible and get a replacement sent out at the new size you request.  If there is a price difference based on a larger sized blind required, then we will charge you the difference, along with an additional postage charge for us to re-send you out the order again.

My blind has arrived damaged, what do I do? 

We always thoroughly check each blind before they are packed and delivered to you, however in the unlikely event that they arrive damaged please get in touch with photos and we’ll try and rectify the issue as quickly as possible for you.

Do my blinds come with a guarantee? 

At onlineblinds.co.uk our staff do our best to ensure that you’re happy with your order. We strive to deliver no quibble customer service, and fuss free returns. If you have any questions or any issues with your orders down the line, please let us know and we’ll do our best to sort out those problems for you. 

Post your order back to us within 14 days, and we’ll get your order refunded once we’ve received it. We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receiving your order.  We would only refund you the value of the product and not the postage cost that we paid to send the order out.
